Before you dive into our transformative heated classes, here are a few things to know to make the most of your experience. Whether you're joining us for yoga or Pilates, we've got some key tips to help you prepare and enjoy your time in the studio.

Staying hydrated before, during, and after class is essential to maintain energy, support muscle function, and help your body recover from the intensity of heated exercise.

BRING A TOWEL

It's important to bring a towel to manage sweat and maintain grip during our heated classes, as we currently do not provide towels at the studio.

PARKING

We offer convenient on-site parking to make your visit to the studio as seamless as possible. However, you must provide your reg upon arrival to avoid fines.

SHOWER

We have a shower available for post-class refreshment, but with only one, we kindly ask that you be mindful of others waiting to use it.

How to Find Us 

The 108 Studio is located in Hoults Yard. Enter Hoults Yard and you will take a left to go under the archway. After passing through, take another left at the Clock Tower and park in the parking lot. From there, head down to the lane at the back of the lot on the left; you'll find us at the very end unit of the lane.
