WHEN DOES MY INTRO OFFER ACTIVATE?
Your Intro Offer activates from your first visit, NOT from date of purchase. It is valid for 2 weeks.

I'M NEW, WHERE SHOULD I START?
We recommend you start with a Pilates class before moving into Power, Strength, & Series classes if you would like to ease in. Pilates typically involves more cueing and attention. Keep in mind, we are a dynamic studio so most classes are heavier, faster paced experiences but anyone can join if they are game! First and foremost, we are a judgement free space and want to encourage you!! Just let the instructor know you're knew so she can keep an eye on you.

OUTSIDE BOOKING WINDOW?
We release our schedule on a weekly basis. Booking becomes live for bookings on Friday's if you are a member & Sunday's if you are not a member. This is to give our attendants a fairer chance of securing a space in their favourite classes // classes they want to try!

PARKING?
Parking is free up to 45 mins in Hoults Yard. The Yard uses Evology App for parking payment (this ensures parking for 2 more hours). Non-members are liable for their parking and The 108 is not liable for parking tickets.

CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is 4 hours before the class and 10 hours before morning classes. Please be considerate of this period as we often have full waitlists and want people to have the opportunity to come to class if you cannot. If you cancel before the 4 hour window, your class will reload onto your account.

MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are designed for active, ongoing attendance and are billed as monthly rolling autopays. Classes included in a membership do not roll over from month to month and cannot be saved, paused, or carried forward.
Unused classes expire at the end of each billing period and are not transferable or redeemable once a membership is cancelled or lapses.

PAUSING & CANCELLATIONS
Memberships cannot be paused in order to use previously unused classes. If you are unsure how your membership works or whether a pause or cancellation is appropriate, please contact us before making any changes to your payments.
Cancelling a membership via your bank does not terminate the membership. All cancellations must be completed through our booking system or by contacting the studio directly.
