UPPER
ARMS + ABS
Our Upper class is focused on building upper body strength and carving out your core. This session combines targeted exercises for your arms, shoulders, and abs, using a mix of bodyweight movements and small weights. This class is performed in Bailey's 108 Series format with a standing series and a mat series. Feel the burn and leave stronger with each class. Please wear trainers.
