Our heated studio, set to 32° +, offers a class schedule that is carefully crafted to help you establish a consistent routine and achieve true body transformation. Vinyasa
Our Hot Vinyasa class is an intense, heated practice. This is a dynamic class combines strength, balance, and flexibility. Our vinyasa is a more challenging practice so previous experience with yoga is recommended.

Hot Pilates
Our Hot Pilates class is a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to build core strength, tone muscles, and boost endurance—all in a heated room. Set to upbeat music, this class combines Pilates-inspired moves with strength training. Expect to sweat, sculpt, and leave feeling empowered.

Power Yoga
A dynamic, fast-paced flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Expect a full-body workout that connects breath with movement, leaving you feeling energised, empowered, and deeply grounded.

Upper
Our Upper (arms & abs) class is focused on building upper body strength and carving out your core. This session combines targeted exercises for your arms, shoulders, and abs, using a mix of bodyweight movements and small weights. This class is performed in Bailey's Method format with a standing series and a mat series. Set in a heated environment, you’ll feel the burn and leave stronger with each class. Please wear trainers.

108 Series
108 Series classes (formerly known as Method) are dynamic workouts that target every muscle group with repetitive movements designed to create long, lean muscle tone. This full-body workout moves through a set of series that blends elements of cardio, strength training, and muscular endurance, focusing on controlled movements that challenge your body from all angles. Set in a heated environment, this class uses light weights and bodyweight exercises to fatigue muscles and build strength without adding bulk. Expect an intense session that promotes balanced, sculpted results. Please wear trainers.

Inferno Pilates
Inferno Pilates is a unique & specialised method of movement that combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training in a heated room. This full-body, low-impact workout is designed to build core strength, boost endurance, and tone muscles. The classes are set to upbeat, motivating music. You’ll sweat, sculpt, and leave feeling empowered.
