Power Pilates is our contemporary take on Pilates. Adding heavier weights and keeping movements contemporary will give your training split that extra push towards transforming your body.

Not as fast paced as 108 Series or Strength+Cardio but brings a level of intensity that will have you sweatin’. For those that want to push limits and level up their training: Power Pilates is yours!!! 🌶️🌶️🌶️

This decision wasn’t easy. We honestly want every single person to be able to make The 108 part of their life. It’s taken months to build up this incredible community, and now the time has come to cap memberships to ensure our members get the experience they deserve.

But don’t worry! We’ll be opening up a limited number of memberships each month, and you can join the waitlist via the link in our bio to secure your spot in the next intake.

As we grow, we’re adding more classes and fine-tuning our schedule to keep The 108 evolving with you 👀. And hopefully open up that intake sooner rather than later 😉

In the meantime, you can still move with us through bundles, intro offers, and drop-in sessions 🫶🏼.

She is known for her dynamic flows, perfectly curated playlist (iykyk this is major for us 108-ers), and down-to-earth energy. Every class is an experience.

For those who like to start the weekend early, Emma teaches every other Friday 7AM Vinyasa. The perfect way to welcome your weekend, set some intention, and move your body! Effortless, intentional, and always inspiring—she’s one to know.

Ellie brings an ethereal energy and a deep passion for movement, but what makes her truly special as an expansion of our team is her solid Pilates practice that’s completely in line with the ethos of our studio. Strengthening. Challenging. Transformative. Each class she teaches is designed to instigate real change in the body, and I trust her fully to hold up the standard of what we aim to deliver at The 108.

We are deeply committed to bringing in instructors who align with our clients’ wants and needs, and Ellie is no exception 🫶🏼🥹. Every addition to our team is intentional, ensuring the energy we’ve built continues to grow stronger with each new face.
