This decision wasn’t easy. We honestly want every single person to be able to make The 108 part of their life. It’s taken months to build up this incredible community, and now the time has come to cap memberships to ensure our members get the experience they deserve.

But don’t worry! We’ll be opening up a limited number of memberships each month, and you can join the waitlist via the link in our bio to secure your spot in the next intake.

As we grow, we’re adding more classes and fine-tuning our schedule to keep The 108 evolving with you 👀. And hopefully open up that intake sooner rather than later 😉

In the meantime, you can still move with us through bundles, intro offers, and drop-in sessions 🫶🏼.

Ellie brings an ethereal energy and a deep passion for movement, but what makes her truly special as an expansion of our team is her solid Pilates practice that’s completely in line with the ethos of our studio. Strengthening. Challenging. Transformative. Each class she teaches is designed to instigate real change in the body, and I trust her fully to hold up the standard of what we aim to deliver at The 108.

We are deeply committed to bringing in instructors who align with our clients’ wants and needs, and Ellie is no exception 🫶🏼🥹. Every addition to our team is intentional, ensuring the energy we’ve built continues to grow stronger with each new face.

What’s the difference between Power Yoga and Vinyasa? 😏

You may not know that Power Yoga has unique American origins 🇺🇸. Developed in the 1990s, Power Yoga is rooted in the dynamic flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and emphasises fitness and strength, offering a more structured, energetic approach to the vinyasa flow you might know and love.

At The 108, our Power Yoga classes reflect Eileen’s unique style within this powerful practice.
 The class encourages you to engage more fully in your body through energetic faster-paced movement. The structure of the class builds on a sequence of poses which are then put together in one breath one movement style. With support from the heated room, Power Yoga builds strength, stamina, and endurance. Through repetition and conscious breath, this practice allows you to stay present offering a vehicle for profound change in the body, mind, and spirit connecting you with the ancient system of yoga…✨

This video was probably our 4th time running through this sequence so don’t be intimidated by the speed. When you know what poses are ahead of you, it allows you to find this really amazing flow and playful grace within your practice.
